How to close the account?

Please note that having an account does not cost anything, so you can use it whenever you need it.

Closing your account means your account and Visa Card will not be accessible again.
After you close your account, you can use our services again by registering as a new user. We will not reactivate your closed account under any circumstances.

If you decided to close your account, please withdraw or spend all the remaining balances in your accounts. If your crypto balance is under the minimum withdrawal limit, please contact our support team to assist you.

Email us from your address linked to your account.

Subject: Close Account

Please specify in the message (the comment is required):

• the phone number linked to the account,
• the reason for the closure.

Please note that in order to ensure the security of your funds and access to your account, we may contact you for additional information.

What information is kept after I close my account?

We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it.

Please note, that all communication on our part is carried out exclusively through email from official addresses. We never contact customers via WhatsApp/Telegram.
