Account verification levels

There are 4 levels of verification of your account.

The first level is Standard verification, which will unblock unlimited turnover of crypto-crypto transactions on your account. The Standard verification stage involves confirming your email and phone number, as well as completing the registration questionnaire in the app.

If you've missed out on filling in any details previously, you'll need to complete them the next time you log into the app. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

After Standard verification (registration questionnaire) you can now:

• Deposit to your wallet from another crypto wallet.
• Send crypto to an external crypto wallet.
• Exchange one cryptocurrency for another.
• Deposit your crypto to interest accounts.
• Transfer crypto to another user via the wallet number.

If you keep upgrading your verification status and reach the Advanced level, you will have the possibility to make crypto-fiat transactions with a total limit of 9700 euros. You can further increase the limit with the Enhanced level to 15000 euros. Additionally, you will be able to cash out cryptocurrencies directly to your card or bank account, exchange, and buy digital currencies using your bank card.

If these limits are not suitable for you, you are welcome to comply with the last Custom verification requirement. This will allow you to take advantage of the wallet with no limitations."

To increase your fiat limit, go to your account profile and click on the "Increase" button, then go through the verification process.
