Can I have multiple accounts?

According to our Terms and Conditions of Use, you can only have 1 active account on our platform.

If you currently have more than 1 account, we kindly ask you to close all extra accounts. Prior to doing so, please withdraw all your funds and crypto from the account to be closed.

As soon as your account doesn’t have funds, please reach out to the Support Team using the email address linked to the account in question, and ask for the account deletion.
