Once you reach the 9700 EUR turnover, the system will suggest you completing the Enhanced verification level and provide us with proof of your residence.

If you want to do so, please open the Profile section and tap on the Increase limits button as for previous verification levels:

 

You will need to pass through 3 stages.

On the first step, please select the document type. We accept:

  • Utility bills;
  • Bank and Mortgage statements;
  • Correspondence from a government authority.

After that, please enter the country of issue and expire date of document and then press Next button.

After you have selected the document type, please take a photo of the document:

  • The document should have your first and last name written in Latin characters.
  • While making a photo of your document, please make sure that the photo is bright and clear, with no highlights or stains.
  • The text in the document should be easy to read.

You will need to press Yes, submit if your photo corresponds to the requirements mentioned above.

After that, please wait for our system to check your proof of residence. Normally it takes about 2-4 minutes.
